After you place an order, a confirmation page will be displayed with your web order number and order information. We’ll also email a confirmation to you, so be sure to enter your correct email address when placing an order.

We pride ourselves on the speed of our shipping team here at Alpha Gateway Armory. Orders placed in the morning or before 2 pm usually ships out the same day or at the latest the next day under normal circumstances. And in just a few short days (between 1 – 3 days max) look for your order to show up.

If your email address is on file, you should get a shipping notice and tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order is processed and picked up by the Courier

Yes, local pick-up now available however the warehouse remains closed to the public. Our warehouse is not set up to process walk-in orders. AlphaGatewayArmory.com operates out of a warehouse which is setup as a shipping fulfillment center and not setup to receive the public. To ensure an effortless pickup process follow the direction below:

1. You will place your order on the website like normal (meaning you will place your order online together with payment), and enter a phone number that accepts texts.

2. Only arrive at the warehouse location when you get a text message from us, this should be within 4-5 hours of payment of order or whenever you are ready.

3. Once you are ready to pick-up your order, reply to the text message from our phone number and give us a time of arrival.

4. When you arrive our location, please park in one of the four designated spots numbered 1-4. Text us to let us know which parking spot you’re in. We will bring out your order and after you checked and it’s right, we hand it to you. Once you leave the parking lot the sale is final* It’s that simple
