Before a purchase is made from this website, the Terms and Conditions must be agreed to. This includes that the local laws have been checked by the customer and allow the purchase of ammunition in that area. By purchasing, the customer guarantees compliance with all Local, State, and Federal Laws.
Statements of Customer
The Alpha Gateway Armory website advertises unrestricted and restricted goods for sale through an e-commerce platform. You must be 18 years of age or over to order any firearms, ammunition from this site. Under no circumstances will we sell or deliver to persons under 18 years of age. Goods must be signed for on delivery by a person 18 years of age or over. Pickup must be made by a person of 18 years of age or over.
Cancellation
Our warehouse team does its best to get packages out the door as quickly as possible. In most cases, from the time that an order is placed until the time the order is packaged, registered with a carrier, and on a pallet on our loading dock, it may be only an hour or two. As a result of this, we ask that our customers place their orders carefully as our office does not allow for order cancellations. We do our best to help our customers, but sometimes, our warehouse staff is so fast that it is too late.
An order placed with Alpha Gateway Armory may be cancelled by the customer prior to the order having been shipped. If the item/package has shipped, the order may not be cancelled and the customer must follow all rules applicable for returns. Please note that the return of the item/package will be made at the customer’s expense.
Shipping / Delivery
By placing an order with AlphaGatewayArmory.com, you acknowledge that if fulfilled, your order will not cause AlphaGatewayArmory.com to violate any federal, state, or local law or ordinance. We can ship to you provided that you submit the proper documentation with shipping carriers and Customs.
Once your package is entrusted to a common carrier (i.e. UPS and FedEx) AlphaGatewayArmory.com does not have control over the package. Please make sure that the common carrier has access to a safe location at which to deliver your package
Alpha Gateway Armory offers shipping insurance on every order in order to ensure proper and safe delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
AlphaGatewayArmory.com wants to make sure our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience and their product. Unfortunately, we know that some things are out of our control and that at times, product arrives damaged or is defective. When these scenarios occur, we are here for our customers. If you receive damaged or defective product, please contact our office immediately within 14 days from the day you order was received. You can email our customer support staff at sales@alphagatewayarmory.com.
If your reason for return is in line with our return policy, our staff will provide options and instructions for processing your return. Once your return product arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected by our product experts, our team will, at our sole discretion, offer you the option of a refund, or replacement of the defective or damaged product returned.

We have provided the Product Q&A tool as a service to shooters, free of charge. We have also provided general information about the products we sell. AlphaGatewayArmory.com expressly disclaims any and all liability related to the correctness or accuracy of the information provided by AlphaGatewayArmory.com (including pricing information) or how shooters use the information provided by AlphaGatewayArmory.com. All prices as shown on AlphaGatewayArmory.com are the prices you will be charged.
